An important element of this course that is different from the usual courses of English is that our study isn’t based only on the rules of grammar and on exercises but an important thing is the investigation of some important and actual themes. Another important thing during our course was the comparison with the others making the questionnaire and the presentation. The next thing that I want to achieve is to be better the capacity to listen and to understand the things that listen.

DISCUSSION TOPIC FIVE:EUTHANASIA & THE LAW

I think that is very difficult to be in favour of euthanasia for a man that believes in God, because the life is considered a gift that God gives and so only God can decide when is the moment to take back it.
I believe in God and for me is impossible to think about coming out the plug to a person that I love, but if I was in a particular condition I wouldn’t want to be heavy for the others, and this could be the only solution not to give suffering to them.
In Italy euthanasia is illegal, but in Italy there is a lay State therefore the law must be reformed because everyone must be free to take a decision independently of the religion.

A black man that wins the President Election means that the American dream can become reality, but if this black man is a lawyer too, it means that intelligence, competent and equality are united. I think that a lawyer can make a good politician better than other person because he has a good knowledge of the law united to the practice. The practice is very important because it is necessary to have readiness, to be enterprising but it’s true too, that everyone is able in the sector in which he is prepared so the knowledge of the law is very important.
