DISCUSSION TOPIC FIVE:EUTHANASIA & THE LAW
I think that is very difficult to be in favour of euthanasia for a man that believes in God, because the life is considered a gift that God gives and so only God can decide when is the moment to take back it.
I believe in God and for me is impossible to think about coming out the plug to a person that I love, but if I was in a particular condition I wouldn’t want to be heavy for the others, and this could be the only solution not to give suffering to them.
In Italy euthanasia is illegal, but in Italy there is a lay State therefore the law must be reformed because everyone must be free to take a decision independently of the religion.
